Tim Keagy has been in sales his entire life, dedicating himself to customer service again and again. He has, for the last decade, carried this into his real estate career. In 1994 Sandy, his wife, joined him to assist in the day to day, behind the scenes aspects of the business to make sure that each and every client working with the C. Tim Keagy Team receives unparalleled service. Tim and Sandy are both graduates of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and have received the Certified Residential Service (CRS) accredidation and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation. These designations enable them to serve their buyers and sellers more fully and allow their clients to know without a doubt that they truly are getting the best in the business.

The C. Tim Keagy Team has grown to include five Buyer Specialists: Tim & Sandy Keagy, Scott Holtzclaw, Joe Pyfrom, & Sheila Hasser. These agents allow our buyers to receive personalized attention and service. Scott Holtzclaw joined the team in 2007 after being an onsite agent and worked also with investors. Joe Pyfrom joined the team in 2007 also with onsite agent experience. Sheila joined the team in 2008 from the Pelham Road Office. The team is backed by the dedication of Sandy Keagy and Rebecca Arceneaux, who assist in the marketing and closing of the numerous homes sold by the C. Tim Keagy Team.
